Colony Family Offices Relocates to Capitol Towers North in SouthPark Charlotte

Charlotte, North Carolina – April 8, 2019 – Colony Family Offices, a wealth planning, investment management and fiduciary services firm, has officially relocated its Charlotte office to Capitol Towers North (4250 Congress Street, Suite 175) in the SouthPark, Charlotte submarket.

Trinity Partners’ Director of Office Tenant Representation, Ann-Fleming Powell, represented Colony Family Offices and Colony Trust Company in the deal.

“After identifying Colony’s needs as a firm and performing a thorough search throughout Charlotte submarkets, it was clear that Capitol Towers would provide the ideal location for Colony to expand its footprint and best serve its growing portfolio of clients,” Powell said.

Since Colony was founded in 2013, the firm has expanded from a team of five to 13 industry professionals, causing the company to outgrow its previous office space.
