Trinity Partners represents seller in sale of 7 Technology Circle for $6.25 million

Columbia, South Carolina – Aug. 12^th, 2019 – Trinity Partners recently facilitated the sale of 7 Technology Circle, an 86,733 RSF, Class-A office building in the Northeast submarket of Columbia, South Carolina. Partner of Trinity Partners, Macon Lovelace, SIOR, and Trinity’s Director of Office Properties, Paul Hartley, SIOR, represented the seller, Corcoran Columbia, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, 7 Technology Circle, LLC, was represented by Milton Thomas, CCIM, SIOR, of Lee & Associates.

The four-story office building is well-located off Interstate 77 and the Farrow Road exit and within the South Carolina Research Authority Business Park, which is home to several of Columbia’s largest employers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pure Fishing, South University, Colite International, and others.
