Trinity Partners represents owner in sale of 802 & 808 East Pettigrew Street in downtown Durham

Durham, North Carolina – September 25, 2019 – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the sale of 802 & 808 East Pettigrew Street in downtown Durham, North Carolina. The 13,767 SF building on approximately 2.6 acres is the current home of the Boys & Girls Club of Durham and Orange Counties. Sam DiFranco, Sam DiFranco, Jr., and Dylan Heafner represented the building’s owner, the Boys & Girls Club of Durham and Orange Counties.

In conjunction with the disposition of their current location on Pettigrew Street, the Trinity Partners team facilitated the relocation of the Boys & Girls Club of Durham and Orange Counties in May of this year to a new 31,000 SF state-of-the art facility at 1010 MLK Boulevard in Durham, which will allow the non-profit organization to double their average daily attendance and serve more children and families.
