North Charlotte’s Harris Corners sells to CP Group, Trinity Partners office leasing retains assignment

Charlotte, NC – July 30, 2021 – Harris Corners, a 370,000 SF, three-building office park in North Charlotte, has been sold to CP Group, formerly known as Crocker Partners, in joint partnership with private investment firm, Siguler Guff. Jennifer Kurz and Maddy Howey of Trinity Partners’ Charlotte Office Leasing team will continue to handle leasing duties for new ownership.

CP Group plans on executing an enhancement program to the common areas and amenities of the office park. Current amenities at the park include a fitness center, courtyard, on-site grab-and-go Canteen, conference room and a tenant lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi.
