    Earn points for all new deals completed with any of our participating buildings. Accumulate points in your personal travel accounts that are redeemable with your Trinity Travel Liaison for custom travel, accommodations, and excursions. The amount of points you’ll earn are based on the rate, term, and square footage of the deal. We’ve included some examples to illustrate how it works, but you can use your points from anything, to visiting family on the West Coast, or escaping the winter blues with a trip to the Virgin Islands.

    We’ll keep you regularly updated on your points. Once you’re ready to redeem any or all of your points, just let us know, and we’ll connect you with your Trinity Travel Liaison, give you your travel budget based on the points you've accumulated, and the world is at your fingertips.     Q&A

    How do I earn points?

    Any time you do a new deal (excluding expansions or renewals) with Trinity Partners on a participating building, you will earn points towards your travel budget.

    How are my points determined?

    Points are equated by taking into consideration the size (square footage), term, and base rate of the deal.

    What do I do once I’ve earned points?

    When you are ready to redeem your points for travel, you will contact Trinity’s Travel Liaison, who will help you plan your trip.

    Do all Trinity buildings count?

    Do my points expire?

    Yes. Points expire three years after they are earned.

    Can points be redeemed for cash?

    Points are converted into a personal travel budget for each broker, which can then be used for travel through our Trinity Travel Liason (fancy for “travel agent”). You can use your travel budget towards anything that can be booked through a travel agent (i.e. airfare, hotel, excursions, etc.).

    Do all deals count (new, renewals, expansions)?

    New deals earn 100% applicable JetAway Points. Expansions and renewals are not eligible for JetAway points, with the exception of special promotions.

    What if I’m working on a deal with another broker at my firm?

    Points can be divided among brokers on the deal.

    So, what’s the catch?

    There really isn't one! You can use your points to travel on any trip that our travel agent can book on your behalf. What are you waiting for?

    JetAway Guidelines:

    • Program requirements, broker, and building eligibility are subject to change without notice.
    • Always check with your Trinity broker contact if you have any questions about whether or not a deal qualifies for points.
    • Brokers must be deemed eligible and enrolled in the program, provide a current W9 form, and be a licensed NC broker to participate.
    • JetAway points expire three years after official award date.
    • Single transactions up to $50 million are eligible for points.
    • Applies only to new deals; expansions and renewals are not included. Points can never be redeemed for cash.
    • All travel must be booked directly through our third-party travel agent (“Trinity Travel Liaison”)
